How we will use your information:
-
We will use email addresses, and names to communicate with you if there is a problem with your signup, let you know when the signup has been accepted as a reservation, and to remind you to put out your tree the day before your scheduled pickup. In following years we will invite and remind you to schedule a tree pickup during next year's Christmas season. The number of emails will be very limited.
-
Your name, address, phone number and notes will be printed out and given to the driver and navigator of the route that will pick up your tree on the day your tree is scheduled to be picked up. These print outs are collected and shredded after the route is complete.
-
All of the information you provide is stored in a secured database; other than your name and email addresses as mentioned above, the information is only used if you choose to signup again in following years. You may request to have your name, phone numbers, and email addresses removed by sending email to treedrivecoordinator@scoutingfortrees.com.
